Xavier was a member of the founding team of SPC ServiceProfit Consulting in 2005, and he accumulates over 10 of years experience in Strategy and Business Consulting.

Xavier is a partner at the Telecommunications and Services practices in SPC. Over the last years he has led relevant projects for fixed and mobile telecommunications operators, technological companies, as well as for producers and distributors of a variety of services.

Xavier specializes in customer development and loyalty marketing and operations, in mass consumption markets, like telecommunications or financial services. He also has a deep knowledge of the FMCG industry, having participated in numerous projects on sales and distribution of food and beverages.

Xavier is an Industrial Engineer and he holds an MBA from IESE. He started his professional career with Japan Tobacco in the UK, as engineer for special projects, at the time the new Manchester plant was being set up. Later on he joined Andersen Consulting where he gained experience in strategy projects for a number of multinational companies in the industrial sector.

Xavier has worked in numerous countries in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Turkey), America (USA, México) and Africa (Morocco and Algeria), and so he is used to multinational and multilingual environments.

In addition to his business responsibilities, Xavier is in charge of the Administration Dept. at SPC
