Two rounds of interviews

Each round include several interviews conducted by different consultants with a 45´estimated duration time.

After the first round of interviews, we will discuss your candidature and, in case of success, you will move on to the second round of additional interviews.

All interviews follow a similar pattern. First we comment your professional and academic experience and also your interests, then we pass on to the resolution of various business cases. We conclude with answers to your questions or doubts.

The case

Its purpose is to put you in situation with a SPC ServiceProfit Consulting work example to see how you respond to it. We are neither looking for "book answers" nor deep concrete industry knowledge; the important issue is demonstrate us you understand the main problem, that your expose logical ideas, that your are creative, that you can go into details and that you keep the global strategic vision.
