Manuel has a graduation in Telecommunications and Electronics from Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa and has an MBA from London Business School. He has double nationality Portuguese and Dutch and speaks fluently Spanish, English, French and German.

Manuel joined SPC ServiceProfit Consulting in 2006 and is presently Project Manager. He developed many Telecom and Payments projects, specialising in Financial Services, in the design and implementation of commercial strategies. For his latest projects, together with MasterCard Advisors, has developed and launched new payment products for large European banks and card issuers which has included organisation and analysis of detailed market studies.

Before SPC, Manuel worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton, BBDO Consulting, Alcatel Telecom and in several start-ups. Manuel gathers 15 years of international experience in Telecoms, Technology and Banking, having lived and worked in several European countries as well as in Morocco, Brazil, Colombia, Australia and Mozambique.
