| Isabel holds a bachelors degree in Economics by the Universidad Nova Lisbon. She is Portuguese and speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Catalan.

| Isabel was part of the founding team of SPC ServiceProfit Consulting in 2005 and she is currently a Project Manager. She has a wide experience in consulting projects in Telecoms, Utilities and Tourism, in Spain, Portugal and France.
