Daniel was a member of the founding team of SPC ServiceProfit Consulting in 2005, and he accumulates over 15 years experience in Strategy and Business Consulting, and in the creation, development and transformation of complex inter-company operations.

He is a partner in the Telecommunications and Energy practices and has led numerous projects for Mobile, Fixed and Integrated Telecom Operators, for leading Utilities and for consortiums of companies and government agencies developing large tourism operations.

Daniel specializes in Transformation and Customer Orientation processes, from the identification of the necessity, strategic definition, detailed design and planning and implementation. The whole process being led jointly with our client's management teams.

His multisectorial experience has been built in close contact with top directors in the Telecommunications, Energy, Banking Tourism, Consumer goods and Industrial sectors. Thus, he is able to provide fast and flexible management in the stages of implementation of the recommended actions and support to the directors for the management of stakeholders.

Daniel has been involved in projects for numerous areas of our clients, from marketing, sales and customer management to staff areas like operations, technology and IT with a business perspective, finance and last but not least HR.

Daniel is and Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Oviedo and Civil Engineering at Strathclyde University Glasgow and holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He started his career managing construction projects and developing import-export businesses.

He has worked in over 10 countries in Europe and America in multinational teams, in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
