Professor Huete has centered his academic and consultancy activities on client management strategies. He is probably one of the leading specialists in strategic services management, clienting, CRM, value-added loyalty creation, selfdevelopment and leadership.

| Professor Huete graduated in law in 1978, obtaining his Master in Business Economics and Management at IESE (1982) and his Doctorate in Business Administration at Boston University (1988).
|

| His Ph.D. thesis was distinguished by the Atlanta Decision Science Institute as the best Ph.D. thesis completed in 1988 in the United States.
|
| |
| A Fulbright Banco de Bilbao Scholar in 1984-1986, during his stay at Boston, professor Huete worked as a researcher at Harvard Business School, developing scientific material and taking part in a research project financed by Bell Communications Research.
|

| His seminar "A management of fantasy ", organized jointly with The Walt Disney Company and Coopers & Lybrand, was distinguished by Actualidad Económica as one of the "100 best ideas of the year". The following year, his seminar "Achieving Breakthrough Service", organized jointly with Harvard Business School in Switzerland, was awarded the same prize.
