Emilio Montes has over 30 years of experience in Consulting. During his extensive professional career he has had different executive positions in national and worldwide renown Consulting firms; for the last 7 years he was a Senior Partner in Bain’s Energy and Industrial Groups practices in Spain.

Before, Emilio was Head Partner in the area of business development in Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) for Spain and Portugal. He was also a Senior Partner in The MAC Group responsible for projects in the Energy and Industrial sectors.

Emilio has lead projects for the utilities industry in Spain, as well as in Portugal and other countries in Europe and America. He has also been involved with important Industrial Groups, mainly in the areas Strategy, Organizational development, PMI and Profit improvement, both in the public and private sectors.

Emilio joined SPC ServiceProfit Consulting in the beginning of 2011 as a Senior Advisor so that he could apply his important professional experience in an innovative environment and enhance the development of the SPC team.

Emilio Montes is an Industrial Engineer from the UPC and MBA from IESE.
