| Edson holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration by the Wolverhampton Business School in Birmingham. He is Spanish and speaks fluent English. |

Edson joined SPC ServiceProfit Consulting in 2005 and he is currently a Project Manager. He has developed numerous projects in its 10 years of consulting experience in the FMCG and Telecommunications industries. Edson also has significant experience in companies in other sectors, such as air transportation, insurance or real estate development. |

| Specialized in transformation projects and change management processes, Edson has led many post-merger integrations at the organizational and operating levels, both in domestic and international environments. |

| Before joining SPC, Edson worked in other consulting firms such as PR&G and Capgemini Consulting, working for clients in various countries like USA, Switzerland, Italy, France or Romania. |
